If you or someone you have had contact with meets the criteria for concern as stated below please let us know so we can take specific precautions.
Please call (913) 829-7387 prior to your scheduled appointment if any of the following conditions exist:
- You or your family members have exhibited flu-like symptoms including high temperature, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, or aches at any time during the past 14 days.
- You have tested positive for the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19 in the last 10 days and are still experiencing symptoms.
- You have been tested for the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19 and are awaiting test results.
If you answered “yes” to any of these conditions and have a pet with an urgent medical issue, please call us so that we may make a plan for your pet and take specific precautions.
If you answered “yes” and your pet does not have an urgent medical issue, please call and we will reschedule your appointment for a later date.

In clinic/in person appointments with Dr. Meyer, Dr. Hughes, and Dr. Weingartner are available Monday through Friday. Please call into the office upon arrival to check-in for your appointment, your doctor’s nurse will come to escort you and your pet in when your room is ready.
Dr. McRell will be seeing curbside appointments. Please call into the office upon arrival to check-in for your appointment. When your doctor's nurse arrives at your vehicle, please leash/crate your pet and step outside of the vehicle with your pet.
Technician appointments will remain curbside. This includes nail trims, anal gland expressions, and vaccinations. Please call into the office upon arrival to check-in for your appointment. We will continue to schedule all appointments including nail trims.
Grooming, Surgery, and Boarding
For drop-off appointments, grooming, surgery, and boarding, please call to check in and we will come get your pet.
Please call our office on your way so we may prepare for your arrival. When you arrive call and let us know you have arrived with an emergency, please wait in your car and a team member will come to get your pet.
Saturday appointments will remain curbside, please call into the office upon arrival to check-in for your appointment. When your nurse arrives at your vehicle, please leash/crate your pet and step outside of the vehicle with your pet.
Our lobby will be open for general pet supplies, for efficiency please place your order in advance for pet food and medication.
Masks are welcomed but not required when entering the clinic for any purpose. If you are wearing a mask, the staff interacting with you will follow your lead by wearing a mask.
Our online store found here, you can have pet’s food and medication delivered to your door. We are happy to help you through the process if you have any questions.
